Selangor Dredging Berhad was founded in 1962 by Mr Teh Kien Toh as Selangor Dredging Limited and listed on the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 1964.
The company operated as a tin-mining pioneer for over two decades before formally entering property development with a landed residential community in Malaysia in 2004 and a high-rise residential development in 2005.
