Verified does not mean “best”, “recommended” or government-certified. It means the scope shown on the Verification Record has been reviewed according to MalaysianRecord’s verification process.

    Review

    MalaysianRecord reviews the submitted evidence and relevant public information.

  4. Step 4

    Decision

    Verification may be approved, declined or returned for more information.

  5. Step 5

    Publish

    Approved businesses receive a public Verification Record and current badge status.

  6. Step 6

    Renew

    Verification must be reviewed again before expiry.
