How Corrections Are Reviewed
The editorial team compares the submission with existing sources and any new evidence. MalaysianRecord may contact the submitter or company for clarification.
When a Correction Is Approved
Approved corrections are published to the relevant record or story. Significant company-record changes may appear in Record History.
When We Cannot Make a Change
A request may not be applied when evidence is insufficient, the proposed information cannot be confirmed, the request seeks to remove accurate public information without a valid basis, or the request concerns information outside the scope of MalaysianRecord.
